There are few people who can eat whatever and whenever they want without gaining weight. Unfortunately, most of us have an imperfect metabolism. But you can help your body to burn calories.

Have a Breakfast

Metabolism slows down in the evening when we don’t consume food for 9-12 hours.
Skipping breakfast, you message your metabolic system not to activate and continue to sleep. Thereby your body decides to save energy for the next food intake. Breakfast stimulates metabolism by telling it to start functioning.

Be More Attentive While Eating

Don’t snack staring into at monitor, don’t supper in front of the TV and don’t have your breakfast with a newspaper or a magazine. Concentrate on the process of food consuming. To vary your breakfast you can add some fruits or yoghurt. Fresh juice in the morning is also very much desirable (you can dilute it with water if it’s too sweet).
